Cycling has become one of the best ways to get fit with low impact training

Whether it is through road cycling or mountain biking. When Covid-19 hit the world in 2019, the average growth of sales of bicycles doubled, as people couldn’t do any daily exercise and this was there only escape from the lockdown.

The health benefits of regular cycling include:

Mountain Biking or known as MTB has grown in popularity since March 2019 with Covid-19. Riding a Mtb needs some sort of skill level and once you master the skills you can have so much fun on the trails.

We are releasing a brand new 6 Week Mountain Bike Course for beginners, where you will learn the skills to be confident on the trails whilst getting fit and having a blast.

Our 6 week course is only open to a maximum of 10 people at at time.
