Hitting the trails whether it is smooth gravel or natural terrain, works your muscles, tendons and ligaments differently to running on the road or treadmill.
Ascending and descending in the trails builds the cardiovascular engine, but also strengthens glutes, quads, hamstrings, calves and core.
Our Saturday trail runs are open to all levels and run around the local trails of Brisbane, we have some of the most stunning trails, right on our doorstep.: Bunya, Mt Cootha, Enogerra, Nebo and Glorious.

Our “Hitting the Dirt program is tailored the beginner, novice and first time trail runners.
During the 6 weeks you will learn the skills, techniques and gain fitness through the beautiful local trails. Working on ascending and descending and having heaps of fun with like minded people.
Our 6 week courses are limited to 10 people only.
